NTN進口軸承的磨損失效分析:NTN軸承的磨粒磨損是指NTN入口軸承工作表面之間擠入外來堅硬粒子或硬質(zhì)異物或金屬表面的磨屑且接觸表面相對移動而引起的磨損,常在軸承工作表面造成犁溝狀的擦傷。軸承導(dǎo)航粘著磨損系指因為摩擦表面的顯微突出或異物使摩擦面受力不均,在潤滑前提嚴峻惡化時,因局部摩擦生熱,易造成摩擦面局部變形和摩擦顯微焊合現(xiàn)象,嚴峻時表面金屬可能局部熔化,接觸面上作用力將局部摩擦焊接點從基體上撕裂而增大塑性變形。

伺服電動機本身也在向高速方向發(fā)展,與上述高速編碼器配合實現(xiàn)了60m/min甚至100m/min的快速進給和1g的加速度。為保證高速時電動機旋轉(zhuǎn)更加平滑,改進了電動機的磁路設(shè)計,并配合高速數(shù)字伺服軟件,可保證電動機即使在小于1μm轉(zhuǎn)動時也顯得平滑而無爬行。
交流直線伺服電機直接驅(qū)動進給技術(shù)已趨成熟。數(shù)控機床的進給驅(qū)動有“旋轉(zhuǎn)伺服電機精密高速滾珠絲杠”和“直線電機直接驅(qū)動”兩種類型。傳統(tǒng)的滾珠絲杠工藝成熟加工精度較高,實現(xiàn)高速化的成本相對較低,所以目前應(yīng)用廣泛。使用滾,珠絲杠驅(qū)動的高速加工機床移動速度90m/min,加速度1.5g。但滾珠絲杠是機械傳動,機械元件間存在彈性變形、摩擦和反向間隙,相應(yīng)會造成運動滯后和非線性誤差,所以再進一步提高滾珠絲杠副移動速度和加速度比較難了。
