常用的無(wú)損檢測(cè)方法有目視檢測(cè)、射線照相檢驗(yàn)、超聲檢測(cè)、磁粉檢測(cè)和液體滲透檢測(cè)四種。其他無(wú)損檢測(cè)方法:渦流檢測(cè)、聲發(fā)射檢測(cè)、熱像、紅外、泄漏試驗(yàn)、交流場(chǎng)測(cè)量技術(shù)、漏磁檢驗(yàn)、遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試檢測(cè)方法等。無(wú)損檢測(cè)是利用物質(zhì)的聲、光、磁和電等特性,在不損害或不影響被檢測(cè)對(duì)象使用性能的前提下,檢測(cè)被檢對(duì)象中是否存在缺陷或不均勻性,給出缺陷大小,位置,性質(zhì)和數(shù)量等信息。它與破壞性檢測(cè)相比,無(wú)損檢測(cè)有以下特點(diǎn)。是具有非破壞性,因?yàn)樗谧鰴z測(cè)時(shí)不會(huì)損害被檢測(cè)對(duì)象的使用性能;第二具有性,由于檢測(cè)是非破壞性,因此必要時(shí)可對(duì)被檢測(cè)對(duì)象進(jìn)行1%的檢測(cè),這是破壞性檢測(cè)辦不到的;第三具有全程性,破壞性檢測(cè)一般只適用于對(duì)原材料進(jìn)行檢測(cè),如機(jī)械工程中普遍采用的拉伸、壓縮、彎曲等,破壞性檢驗(yàn)都是針對(duì)制造用原材料進(jìn)行的,對(duì)于產(chǎn)成品和在用品,除非不準(zhǔn)備讓其繼續(xù)服役,否則是不能進(jìn)行破壞性檢測(cè)的,而無(wú)損檢測(cè)因不損壞被檢測(cè)對(duì)象的使用性能。
