在停水后,安裝一臺(tái)傳感器僅需要半天時(shí)間即可恢復(fù)供水,由此縮短了安裝時(shí)間,減小了因停水而造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,并收到了一定的社會(huì)效益。將傳感器外殼單獨(dú)良好的接地,是保證流量計(jì)正常穩(wěn)定的進(jìn)行測(cè)量的一個(gè)必要條件。人們一般認(rèn)為傳感器在金屬管道上安裝,而且管道埋在地下,管線(xiàn)又很長(zhǎng),其本身就是一個(gè)很大的接地極,儀表無(wú)須再做接地處理。但是忽略了兩個(gè)問(wèn)題,一個(gè)是管道一般都作了防腐處理,二是經(jīng)過(guò)打口或膠皮墊將連接法蘭和管道隔開(kāi),由此造成傳感器的接地電阻大大增加,對(duì)流量計(jì)的正常運(yùn)行造成影響。

互感型這類(lèi)傳感器是將被測(cè)量通過(guò)敏感元件轉(zhuǎn)換為互感的變化。如差動(dòng)變壓器式傳感器,被測(cè)量通過(guò)機(jī)械部件的傳遞將被測(cè)量的變化轉(zhuǎn)化為差動(dòng)變壓器鐵芯的位移,使激磁繞組與測(cè)量繞組間的互感發(fā)生變化;電渦流式傳感器是通過(guò)被測(cè)量的變化轉(zhuǎn)化為測(cè)量線(xiàn)圈與被測(cè)物體之間的距離變化,使互感量產(chǎn)生變化,導(dǎo)致測(cè)量線(xiàn)圈的電感量變化等。傳感器電路的作用是將互感量或互感電勢(shì)的變化,轉(zhuǎn)換為易于處理的電壓或電流變化、也可以將互感變化引起的電感量變化轉(zhuǎn)換為電壓、電流或頻率變化。
