表面應(yīng)用其它有機溶劑擦洗。銅管接頭一般是沒有污垢的,若有可用銅絲刷和鋼絲刷處理端部,不可用其它不清潔的用具進行處理。用砂紙將銅管銅管插入接頭部分的表面的油脂、氧化物、污跡和灰塵磨清。熱及焊接均勻加熱被焊接管件,用加熱的釬料沾取適量釬劑(焊粉)均勻抹在縫隙處,當溫度達到65℃-75℃時送入釬料。切勿將火焰直接加熱釬料。當釬料全部溶化時停止加熱。垂直方法:先后將管子與接頭加熱,務(wù)必要使兩者的加熱溫度均勻。

使孔板發(fā)生彎曲或變形,導(dǎo)致流量測量誤差較大。在法蘭取壓的孔板上進行測試,孔板彎曲產(chǎn)生的大誤差約為3.5%。板邊緣尖銳度孔板入口邊緣磨損變鈍不銳或受腐蝕發(fā)生缺口,或孔板管道內(nèi)部的焊縫或計量法蘭墊片,都將使實際流量系數(shù)增大和差壓降低,造成計算氣量偏小。提高計量精度的措施:1.消除氣流中的脈動流管道中由于氣體的流速和壓力發(fā)生突然變化,造成脈動流,它能引起差壓的波動,而節(jié)流裝置的流量計算公式是以蘭孔板的穩(wěn)定流動為基礎(chǔ)的,當測量點有脈動現(xiàn)象時,穩(wěn)定原理不能成立,從而影響測量精度,產(chǎn)生計量誤差。
