XPE foamed cotton, namely chemical crossbed polyethylene foaming material, is made of low density polyethylene resin, crossbing agent and foaming agent through continuous foaming at high temperature. Compared with EPE (physical foamed polyethylene, commonly known as pearl cotton), XPE foaming material has higher tensile strength and finer foam holes.
The characteristics of XPE chemical foaming cotton:
(1) Buffer - Semi-rigid foam, which can be used in precision instruments, semiconductor packaging and other fields, but also in the field of sports protective and leisure products.
