（1）波形梁護欄板、立柱、防阻塊、橫隔梁、端頭、螺栓、螺母等構(gòu)件應(yīng)合適《高速公路波形梁鋼護欄》（JT/T281—1995）及《公路三波形梁鋼護欄》（JT/T457—2001）產(chǎn)物尺度的劃定。出產(chǎn)廠方在供給產(chǎn)物時，應(yīng)同時提交產(chǎn)物質(zhì)量及格證書。(1)wavebbeamplate,averticalcolumn,anantiblock,crossbeamandanend,bolts,nutsandothercomponentsseparatedshouldconbtotherequirementsofthehighwayguardrail"(JT/T281-1995)andtheroadthreewavebeamsteelguardrail"(JT/T457--2001)standardproductsof.Themanufacturersinprovidingproducts,productqualitycertificateshouldbebtedatthesametime.（2）波形梁板、立柱、防阻塊、端頭、托架等部件應(yīng)合適《碳素布局鋼》（GB/T700—1988）的Q235商標(biāo)鋼的要求。
(2)wavebeamplate,column,block,end,bracketandotherpartsshouldbeinaccordancewiththe"carbonstructuralsteel"(GB/T700-1988)oftheQ235gradesofsteelrequirements.（3）毗連螺栓、螺母、墊圈、橫梁墊片等部件應(yīng)合適《碳素布局鋼》（GB/T700—1988）的要求，其抗拉強度不得小于375MPa和400MPa（別離合用于JT/T281—1995和JT/T457—2001）。(3)connectingbolts,nuts,washers,beamgasketcomponentsshouldcomplywiththe"carbonstructuralsteel"(GB/T700-1988)requirements,thetensilestrengthshallnotbelessthan375MPaand400MPa(wereappliedtoJT/T281-1995andJT/T457,2001).（4）高強度拼接螺栓毗連副應(yīng)合適《低合金高強度布局鋼》（GB/T1591-1994）、《優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素布局鋼》（GB/T699-1999）或《合金布局鋼》（GB/T3077-1999）的要求。
公稱直徑16mm、8.8S級抗拉荷載不得小于133kN。(4)highstrengthboltedspliceconnectiondeputyshallcomplywiththerequirementsofthelowalloyhighstrengthstructuralsteel"GB/T1591-1994,thehighqualitycarbonstructuralsteel"GB/T699-1999orthealloystructuresteel,GB/T3077-1999,nominaldiameterof16mm,8.8stensileloadshallnotbelessthan133kN.（5）為包管產(chǎn)物質(zhì)量。
對波形梁護欄各部件的外不雅、尺寸、防腐處置進行抽樣查抄。不不異的部件各以200件一批為取樣單元，別離掏出一片護欄板、一個端頭、一根立柱、一塊托架進行查抄，若是受檢的構(gòu)件不合適要求，另取兩件查驗；若是這兩件中仍有一件不合適要求，則以此為樣品的整批產(chǎn)物應(yīng)被拒收，一切費用由承包人自付。(5)toensurethequalityofproducts,theappearance,sizeandcorrosionresistanceofvariouspartsoftheguardrailsweresampledandchecked.Differentcomponentsto200piecesofanumberofsamplingunit,respectively,removedapieceofguardrailplate,ahead,anuprightt,abracketareexamined,ifbyinspectionofthecomponentdoesnotmeettherequirements,takeanothertest;ifthisisstilladoesnotmeettherequirements,thetosampletheentirebatchofproductsshouldberejected,allexpensesbythecontractorpays.（6）護欄板、端頭梁、立柱的長度和寬度標(biāo)的目的不許可焊接。
構(gòu)件不該呈現(xiàn)裂痕。(6)thelengthandboftherail,theendofthebeamandthecolumnarenotallowedtobewelded,andthemembersshouldnotcrack.（7）高強度螺栓應(yīng)抽樣進行楔負(fù)載拉力試驗，斷裂應(yīng)發(fā)生在螺紋部門或螺紋與桿部交代處；如不克不及做楔負(fù)載拉力試驗，則應(yīng)做芯部硬度試驗，芯部硬度值為洛氏HRC34～40。螺母應(yīng)抽樣進行包管荷載和硬度試驗。(7)ofhighstrengthboltsshouldbesampledtowedgeloadtensiletest,fractureoccurredatthethreadedportionorthreadandrodjunction;ifnotwedgetensileloadtest,youshoulddocorehardnesstest,hardnessofthecorbuesofRockwellHRC34~40.Thenutshallbesampledtoensuretheloadandhardnesstest.（8）每批高強螺栓都應(yīng)有出廠及格證。
螺栓毗連副扭矩應(yīng)附有扭矩系數(shù)的平均值、尺度誤差的試驗數(shù)據(jù)和扭矩系數(shù)測試時的情況溫度等手藝資料。(8)eachbatchofhighstrengthboltsshouldhavethefactorycertificate,theboltconnectionvicetorqueshouldbeaccompaniedbythetorquecoefficientoftheaveragbue,standarddeviationofthetestdataandtorquecoefficienttestenvironmenttemperatureandothertechnicalinbation.（9）波形梁護欄、勾當(dāng)式鋼護欄及螺栓、螺母、墊圈、墊片等所有部件均應(yīng)按《高速公路交通工程鋼構(gòu)件防腐手藝前提》（GB/T）的劃定采用熱浸鍍鋅（鋁）進行金屬概況處置；
熱浸鍍鋅應(yīng)采用《鋅錠》（GB/T470—1997）中所劃定的特一號鋅錠或一號鋅錠，鍍鋅構(gòu)件鋅層質(zhì)量應(yīng)合適表602-1的劃定。熱浸鍍鋁應(yīng)采用《重熔用鋁錠》（GB/T1196-1993）中所劃定的特一級、特二級、一級鋁錠，鍍鋁構(gòu)件鋁層質(zhì)量應(yīng)合適表602-2的劃定。(9)W-beamguardrail,activitytypesteelguardrailandbolts,nuts,washers,gaskets,etc.allthepartsshallbeinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthehighwaytrafficengineeringsteelstructureanticorrosiontechnicalconditions"GB/Tbyhotdipgalvanized(AL)blsurfacetreatment;hotdipgalvanizingshouldadoptthe"zinc"(GB/T470-1997stipulatedthespecialNo.azincingotsor1zincingots,componentgalvanizedzinclayerqualityshallconbtospecifiedintable602-1.Hotdipaluminumshouldadopttheremeltingwithaluminumingot"(GB/T1196-1993)requiredaspecial,specialsecondaryandprimaryaluminumingot,aluminumaluminumcomponentlayerqualityshallconbtotherequirementsintable602-2.高強度螺栓進行熱浸鍍鋅處置后。
對高強度螺栓毗連件概況要涂黃油，并進行磷化潤滑處置，在出廠時應(yīng)密封包裝，以防運輸、保留時代生銹或弄臟。Hotdipgalvanizedhighstrengthbolts,ofhighstrengthboltconnectionsurfaceshouldbecoatedwithbutter,andphosphatizinglubrication,inthefactoryshouldbesealedpackaging,topreventtransportation,preservationperiodofrustordirty.（10）鍍鋅構(gòu)件的鋅層應(yīng)平均，試樣經(jīng)溶液浸蝕5次不變紅，并合適《高速公路波形梁鋼護欄》（JT/T281-1995）附錄B的劃定；
鍍鋅構(gòu)件的鋅層應(yīng)與基底金屬連系安穩(wěn)，經(jīng)捶擊試驗鍍鋅層不剝離、不凸起，并合適《高速公路波形梁鋼護欄》（JT/T281-1995）附錄C的劃定。(10)componentgalvanizedzinclayershouldbeunibsamplebyetchingofthecoppersulphatesolution,5timesthesamered,andinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthehighwayguardrail,JT/T281-1995AppendixB;componentgalvanizedzinclayershouldbeandbaseblisfirmlycombinedbyhammeringtestgalvanizedlayernotpeeling,notraised,andinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthehighwayguardrail,JT/T281-1995AppendixC.The（11）鍍鋁構(gòu)件的鋁層應(yīng)平均。
