SLCP(Social & Labor Convergence Project)是社會勞工整合項(xiàng)目的簡稱。
SLCP項(xiàng)目把重點(diǎn)放在社會與勞工方面,由九個核心主題組成,分別為:
(1) 招聘雇傭:童工迫勞工/歧視/雇傭?qū)嵺`
(2) 工作時間:正常時間/加班時間
(3) 工資福利:工資收入利待遇
(4) 員工待遇:強(qiáng)迫勞工/紀(jì)律/騷擾虐待/歧視
(5) 員工參與:結(jié)社自由/集體談判/申訴機(jī)制/員工反饋
(6) 健康安全:工資環(huán)境/應(yīng)急準(zhǔn)備/建筑安全/生產(chǎn)安全
(7) 傭關(guān)系:強(qiáng)迫勞動/歧視/雇傭?qū)嵺`
(8) 管理體系:正班時間/加班時間
(9) 員工福祉:工人福祉/社區(qū)影響
SLCP CAF版本即將從v1.3升級到v1.4版本
(1) 新版與舊版共同之處在于原則和方法保持不變, 都是自我評估之后進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果都不作評分,而是保留驗(yàn)證的數(shù)據(jù),這點(diǎn)類似于HIGG FEM評估。
(2) 新版SLCP的問題點(diǎn)減少約30%,升級后問題清單更精簡,操作更簡單(整合刪除了舊版一些冗余重復(fù)的內(nèi)容)
