威格士4535V-42A38/45A38/50A38/60A38-1AA-22R葉片泵,雙作用葉片泵結(jié)構(gòu)特點(1)定子過渡曲線定子內(nèi)表面的曲線由四段圓弧和四段過渡曲線組成(見圖)理想的過渡曲線不僅應(yīng)使葉片在槽中滑動時的徑向速度和加速度,變化均勻,而且應(yīng)使葉片轉(zhuǎn)到過渡曲線和圓弧交接點處的加速度突變不大,以減小沖擊和噪聲。目前雙作用葉片泵--般都使用綜合性能較好的等加速、等減速曲線或高次曲線作為過渡曲線。
葉片安放角如圖所示,葉片在壓油區(qū)工作時,它們均受定子內(nèi)表面推力的作用不斷縮回槽內(nèi)。當葉片在轉(zhuǎn)子中徑向安放時,定子表面對葉片作用力的方向與葉片沿槽滑動的方向所成的壓力角β較大,因而葉片在槽內(nèi)運動時所受到的摩擦力也較大,使葉片滑動困難,甚至被卡住或折斷。為了解決.這一矛盾,可以將葉片不按徑向安放,而是順轉(zhuǎn)向前傾一個角度日,這時的壓力角就是β°=β-θ。壓力角的減小有利于葉片在槽內(nèi)的滑動,所以雙作用葉片泵轉(zhuǎn)子的葉片槽常做成向前傾斜-一個安放角日。在葉片前傾安放時,葉片泵的轉(zhuǎn)子就不允許反轉(zhuǎn)。
