近幾年,伺服電機(jī)使用越來(lái)越廣泛,中國(guó)大陸市場(chǎng)的使用量隨之激增,伺服電機(jī)維修這種技術(shù)服務(wù)需求也越來(lái)越迫切。由于國(guó)內(nèi)使用的伺服電機(jī)大都是進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品,技術(shù)含量很高,國(guó)外的伺服電機(jī)生產(chǎn)商為了壟斷維修服務(wù)市場(chǎng),采取了非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的編碼器或是非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的安裝方式,使伺服電機(jī)維修變得比較困難,形成了伺服電機(jī)維修是一門(mén)杰出的技術(shù)本領(lǐng)。
伺服電機(jī)維修分為機(jī)械部分維修和電氣部分維修。
1、機(jī)械部分維修為軸承損壞更換。相對(duì)于普通電機(jī)的維修,只是軸承上特殊了。因?yàn)榇蠖鄶?shù)伺服電機(jī)是同步電機(jī),轉(zhuǎn)子上帶磁極,用普通材料不能夠解決問(wèn)題,所以材料定制變得尤其關(guān)鍵,同時(shí)對(duì)位要求也比普通電機(jī)更高。
2、電氣部分維修主要為繞線、磁鐵和編碼器的維修。
只要根據(jù)原有電機(jī)的線路和線徑繞回去就可以了,前提是選用**的銅線。
充磁需要有一定技術(shù)含量,通常為機(jī)外充磁與拆開(kāi)充磁,前者適合一些定子磁場(chǎng)的充磁;而拆開(kāi)充磁需要有技巧,除了需獲知原有馬達(dá)的磁強(qiáng),還需要了解分布情況,同時(shí)形狀要有保證。大部分早期的伺服電機(jī)用的基本是質(zhì)量稍差差的黑磁,充磁后一般用的也不久,有些治標(biāo)不治本,為節(jié)約成本可以考慮,但我們不建議采用。我們會(huì)重新選擇耐高溫、耐高電磁干擾的鐵氧體磁鐵進(jìn)行全部更換。
編碼器更換與維修是伺服電機(jī)維修考驗(yàn)技術(shù)含量的地方,畢竟進(jìn)口的伺服電機(jī)大多是非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的通訊格式。早期增量型產(chǎn)品的可以互相配換,但新一代產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)形成各自不同的內(nèi)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不同廠家具備不同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模式,加上脈沖密度過(guò)大,另外編碼器的對(duì)位有不同的算法,使各個(gè)品牌產(chǎn)品缺少了共用性,造成維修的難度加大。
伺服電機(jī)維修存在負(fù)載測(cè)試的難題,試機(jī)是一個(gè)技術(shù)看點(diǎn)。通常的小作坊較難保證修復(fù)的伺服電機(jī)試驗(yàn)過(guò)再出廠,基本上是感覺(jué)大概修復(fù)了,缺少相應(yīng)的負(fù)載測(cè)試平臺(tái)。所以用戶在選伺服電機(jī)維修的時(shí)候需要了解清楚服務(wù)商的技術(shù)實(shí)力。

Servo motor maintenance is divided into mechanical maintenance and electrical maintenance.
1. The mechanical part was repaired and replaced due to bearing damage. Compared to the maintenance of ordinary motors, only the bearings are special. Because most servo motors are synchronous motors with magnetic poles on the rotor, ordinary materials cannot solve the problem, so material customization becomes particularly crucial, and the alignment requirements are also higher than ordinary motors.
2. The electrical maintenance mainly includes the repair of winding, magnets, and encoders.
Just wind it back according to the original motor circuit and wire diameter, provided that * * copper wire is used.
Magnetization requires a certain level of technical expertise, usually consisting of external magnetization and disassembly magnetization. The ber is suitable for magnetization of some stator magnetic fields; However, dismantling and magnetizing requires skills. In addition to obtaining the magnetic strength of the original motor, it is also necessary to understand the distribution and ensure the shape. Most early servo motors used black magnets with slightly inferior quality, and they were generally used shortly after magnetization. Some of them were temporary rather than permanent, and cost savings could be considered, but we do not recommend using them. We will choose to replace all ferrite magnets that are resistant to high temperature and high electromagnetic interference.
Encoder replacement and maintenance are areas where the technical content of servo motor maintenance is tested, as most imported servo motors use non-standard communication bats. Early incremental products can be matched and exchanged with each other, but the new generation of products has bed different internal standards, with different manufacturers having different standard modes. In addition, the pulse density is too high, and the encoder has different algorithms for alignment, which makes the products of different brands lack commonality and increases the difficulty of maintenance.
There is a problem with load testing in the maintenance of servo motors, and machine testing is a technical focus. Usually, it is difficult for small workshops to ensure that the repaired servo motors have been tested before leaving the factory. It is basically a feeling that they have been repaired, and there is a lack of corresponding load testing platbs. So when choosing servo motor maintenance, users need to have a b understanding of the technical strength of the service provider.
