液壓閥.改進滑閥CFD分析針對現(xiàn)有常規(guī)滑閥存在的不足,將閥芯凹角改為圓弧,通過FIUENT軟件在相同條件下進行仿真計算,得到了流量分別為0L/min0L/min0L/min時,R為mm.mm.mm.mm.mmmm時的流場仿真結(jié)果。文中僅給出0L/min,R為.mm和mm的仿真結(jié)果,圖為速度矢量,圖為速度云圖,圖為湍動能云圖。圖和圖為滑閥中性對稱面的速度矢量圖和速度云圖,與圖a速度云圖對比可以發(fā)現(xiàn),改進后閥芯凹角處旋渦強度減小,閥口處大流速減小,可有效降低閥腔內(nèi)的振動和噪聲。比較圖和圖,可以發(fā)現(xiàn),R為mm閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)比R為.mm閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)能更有效地降低閥芯凹角處旋渦強度,減小閥口處液體流速。圖為滑閥中性對稱面的湍能分布圖,與圖c對比可以發(fā)現(xiàn),改進后大湍動能減小,有效降低閥內(nèi)能量損失。對比圖a和圖b可以發(fā)現(xiàn),R為mm比R為.mm對減少湍動能的損失效果更明顯。因此在相同條件下,入口流量一定時,閥芯凹角處旋渦強度隨R的增大而減小。液壓閥表為改進前后滑閥流體相關(guān)參數(shù)對比表,通過表可以看出結(jié)構(gòu)改進后的滑閥閥口流體流速減低,湍動能減小,能量損失降低,說明結(jié)構(gòu)改進后滑閥性能提高了,結(jié)構(gòu)改進具有合理性。
