一、油浴式電加熱噴體：

六、內(nèi)置冷風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，配備冷水機(jī)。
七、膠皮滾采用單獨(dú)變頻調(diào)速：生產(chǎn)時(shí)如果膠液質(zhì)量不好可通過(guò)膠皮滾調(diào)速來(lái)解決。
八、出丸區(qū)冷風(fēng)定型設(shè)計(jì)；避免拉網(wǎng)軸纏網(wǎng)膠，使膠囊成型更美觀 。
九、模具下丸部分采用特殊的斜斗，清洗非常方便。
十、供料泵與機(jī)頭采用外側(cè)傳動(dòng)，供料泵內(nèi)的潤(rùn)滑油不會(huì)進(jìn)入機(jī)頭。（供料泵獨(dú)立密封）
