一、產(chǎn)品概述 General Debion
1.觸頭盒為環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂APG工藝壓力凝膠成型結(jié)構(gòu)，用于各種手車式開(kāi)關(guān)柜，起絕緣隔離和聯(lián)接過(guò)渡作用。 The contact box is bed byepoxy with APG technies，it is used for insulation isolation and connection transition of various switch trucks.
二、 使用條件 Operation Condition
1.海拔高度不超過(guò)1000M Altitude：≤1000m；
2.周圍氣溫+40℃~10℃; Ambient temperature:+40℃~10℃;
3.當(dāng)空氣溫度+20℃時(shí)，相對(duì)濕度布超過(guò)95% The relative humidity shall not be more than 95%at+20℃ ambient temperature;
4.無(wú)嚴(yán)重影響觸頭盒絕緣的氣體、蒸汽、灰塵及其它性和腐蝕介質(zhì)的場(chǎng)所。 NO gas ，wapor or dust that may severely affect the insulation of contact box，no explosive or corrosive substance.
三、技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)和要求 Technical Date &Requirement
[1]1.觸頭盒同觸頭對(duì)地應(yīng)能耐受工頻實(shí)驗(yàn)電壓（有效性）42KV，歷時(shí)5分鐘，雷電沖擊（峰值)75KV; The coper contact to earth shall withstand power frequency test voltage(effective value )of 42kv for 5 minutes and lightning impulse vpltage (peak value)of 75KV;
2.觸頭盒在額定電流下，長(zhǎng)期工作下出線端部溫升不超過(guò)65℃； The temperature of lead-out terminal shall not bemore than 65℃ if the contact box is used for long time in rated current condition；
