l 亦稱真空袋，該產(chǎn)品具有良好的阻隔性、透(氧)氣率低、抽真空效果佳、透明度高、抗拉強度與耐穿刺強度高、不易老化耐高溫蒸煮等特點。物品經(jīng)真空包裝后，可以起到很好的防污、防塵、防菌、防潮，延長保質(zhì)期等作用；
材料結(jié)構(gòu):
l 該材料外觀透明、內(nèi)置物清晰可見，方便條碼器識別。一般材料結(jié)構(gòu)為:NY/CPE或NY/CPP、
適用范圍:
l 該產(chǎn)品適用于各種線路板、電子產(chǎn)品、精密機械配件、消費品、工業(yè)制品等防氧化包裝。例如:PC板、IC集成電路、電子元器件、精密五金、汽配、軍工等工業(yè)包裝。

使用不同工藝配方，使表面電阻值可達到:105Ω～1011Ω；

Nylon Vacuum Bag
Function Introduction:
l Also called as vacuum bag, this kind of bag characterizes in good barrier, heat sealing, low (oxygen) air permeability, good vacuumizing effect, high transparency, good moisture protection, high tensile strength and perforation resistance, good tightness, ageing resistance, etc. It is helpful to prevent product from dirt, dust, microbial and moisture and extend the product’s quality guarantee period after the product is vacuumized.
Material and Structure:
l This kind of bag has a transparent appearance, making bs inside it visible and providing convenience in identifying with a barcode reader. Its material is NY/CPE or NY/CPP generally.
Applicable Scope:
l This kind of bag applies to the packaging of products with anti-oxidation requirement such as all kinds of circuit boards, electronic products, precision machinery components, consumables, industrial products, etc. For example, industrial packages of PC boards, IC integrated circuits, electronic parts and components, precision hardware, auto parts, military products, etc.

l Custom-made: available to manufacture bags with different specifications, thicknesses and styles and print texts, patterns and trademarks on bags on the basis of no infringement upon others’ inblectual property rights.
