伺服電機和其他電機（如步進(jìn)電機）相比到底有什么優(yōu)點：
1、精度：實現(xiàn)了位置，速度和力矩的閉環(huán)控制；克服了步進(jìn)電機失步的問題；
2、轉(zhuǎn)速：高速性能好，一般額定轉(zhuǎn)速能達(dá)到2000～3000轉(zhuǎn)；
3、適應(yīng)性：抗過載能力強，能承受三倍于額定轉(zhuǎn)矩的負(fù)載，對有瞬間負(fù)載波動和要求快速起動的場合特別適用；
4、穩(wěn)定：低速運行平穩(wěn)，低速運行時不會產(chǎn)生類似于步進(jìn)電機的步進(jìn)運行現(xiàn)象。適用于有高速響應(yīng)要求的場合；
5、及時性：電機加減速的動態(tài)相應(yīng)時間短，一般在幾十毫秒之內(nèi)；
6、舒適性：發(fā)熱和噪音明顯降低。
簡單點說就是：平?？吹降哪欠N普通的電機，斷電后它還會因為自身的慣性再轉(zhuǎn)一會兒，然后停下。而伺服電機和步進(jìn)電機是說停就停，說走就走，反應(yīng)極快。但步進(jìn)電機存在失步現(xiàn)象。
伺服電機的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域就太多了。只要是要有動力源的，而且對精度有要求的一般都可能涉及到伺服電機。如機床、印刷設(shè)備、包裝設(shè)備、紡織設(shè)備、激光加工設(shè)備、機器人、自動化生產(chǎn)線等對工藝精度、加工效率和工作可靠性等要求相對較高的設(shè)備。
