倉壁振動器又稱防閉塞裝置,常用的類型有電磁倉壁振動器、電機倉壁振動器和防爆型倉壁振動器。倉壁振動器可以有效地防止料倉堵塞,保證料倉里的物料順利排出。倉壁振動器如何規(guī)范性安裝呢?
倉壁振動器根據(jù)不同的料倉,安裝細節(jié)具體如下:
1、如果是全是鋼板料倉,倉壁振動器應(yīng)焊接或者用螺栓連接在料倉的倉壁上。
2、料倉上部為混凝土,下部為鋼制料倉的,倉壁振動器應(yīng)安裝在振動板上。
3、如果是全混凝土帶加強筋的鋼制料倉,料倉內(nèi)應(yīng)增加振動板,設(shè)備安裝在振動板上。
4、如果是溜槽的話,可以安裝在溜槽容易粘和堵塞的部位。
5、倉壁振動器的振動力一般在4-5m范圍內(nèi),安裝臺數(shù)需要根據(jù)料倉的大小。
6、兩臺倉壁振動器需要對稱安裝時,上下應(yīng)錯開50-100cm,避免相互干擾。
7、倉壁振動器一般安裝在料倉下部沿倉高1/4處。
