EVA copolymer ALCUDIA® PA-554 is suitable for injection moulding and extrusion. This material is specially recommended for those applications where flexibility, toughness and transparency are required. It contains antioxidant additives.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
· Extrusion
· Injection moulding. Release agents containing silicone must be avoided.
· Microcellular foams
Recommended melt temperature below 200°C to avoid the decomb of the polymer. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
