Preparation and Properties of TPEE/ACM Thermoplastic Elastomer

Abstract: The preparation and properties of TPEE/ACM thermoplastic elastomers were studied by using thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) and acrylate rubber (ACM) as raw materials and polyethyleneimine as crossbing agent. The crossbing ability of different vulcanization systems was compared. The mechanical properties, rheological properties, thermal decomb properties and structures of TPEE/ACM thermoplastic elastomers were characterized by comprehensive mechanical properties, torque rheometer, thermogravimetric analyzer and scanning electron microscopy.
