The hot air aging results of 110鈩兠�1 000hand 135鈩兠�168hindicated that the microsphere foamed TPV composites had excellent heat aging properties.The hardness change was only 2,the tensile strength retention rate was as high as 93.5%and 95.7%,and the elongation at break retention was 80.8%and 85.9%,respectively compared with the TPV perbance before aging.The dimensional shrinkages of the microsphere foamed TPV composites in the Ldirection and the Tdirection after aging were less than 1.0%.SEM of quenching section studies showed that when the screw rotation speed was 160r/min,the microbubble bing agent had larger cell size and unib distribution,and the compatibility between the expanded microsphere foaming agent and the substrate TPV was better,and the micro-foamed TPV composite material had a superior extrusion appearance and comprehensive physical and mechanical properties.

銆�Abstract銆�The TPV /WGRT thermoplastic elastomer was prepared on an internal mixer , and the effect of the amount of WGRT added and the amount of additives added on the perbance of the matrix was investigated . The results showed that when WGRT was added separaby , the tensile strength and modulus at 100% elongation of the matrix decreased gradually with the increasing of the addition amount , and the Shore A hardness gradually increased . When the addition amount of M603 compatibilizer increased , the tensile strength and modulus at 100% elongation of the matrix increased gradually , and then tend to be stable under adding different amounts of WGRT.
