Abstract: In order to improve the overall perbance of PA6锛�PPO and compatilizers like 8900锛�1125锛�PPO-g-MAH were employed to prepare PA6 /PPO alloy. In addition锛� the influence of mechanical properties锛�heat resistance锛�process ability and water absorption were investigated in terms of resin component and compatibilizers. Fluorescence spectroscopic technique was adopted to investigate the compatibility of the alloy systems. By adding 5wt% PPO and 5% 8900锛�we can develop high-perbance PA6 /PPO alloy.
