隔爆型軸流交流排風(fēng)扇（以下簡稱排風(fēng)扇），其防爆性能按GB3836.2-83《爆炸性環(huán)境用防爆電氣設(shè)備隔爆型電氣設(shè)備“d”》的規(guī)定制成隔爆型。防爆標(biāo)志為dⅡCT4，適用于Ⅱ類，A、B級T1、T2、T3、T4，組成可燃性氣體與空氣形成的爆炸性環(huán)境。本品具有防爆性能可靠、風(fēng)量大、噪聲小、耗電省等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。并已經(jīng)國家法定的防爆檢驗(yàn)單位安全檢驗(yàn)合格，并取得了《防爆合格證》，證號：8070903。
■ 安裝與使用
1、 首先檢查框架、風(fēng)葉有無變形，扇葉轉(zhuǎn)動是否靈活，有無摩擦現(xiàn)象。檢查所有緊固件是否齊全、擰緊，應(yīng)有防爆合格證編號。
2、 線路電壓必須與電機(jī)上額定電壓相符。
3、 用500V兆歐表檢查電動機(jī)的絕緣電阻，其電阻值若小于50MΩ，則應(yīng)用烘干法或短路電流法進(jìn)行干燥處理，使其絕緣電阻大于5 MΩ。
4、 必須配用小型防爆開關(guān)做電源開關(guān)，或?qū)⑵胀ㄩ_關(guān)安裝于室外無爆炸性危險的地方。
5、 接電源的電纜外徑應(yīng)與密封圈相符，擰緊、壓緊螺母后應(yīng)保證密封圈與電纜間、出線間咀無間隙，否則將失去隔爆性能。
6、 裝配時應(yīng)保證防爆間隙小于0.2mm，更換電機(jī)軸承的潤滑脂，其潤滑脂牌號為ZG-2H復(fù)合鈣基潤。
7、 防爆電動機(jī)非接線部分不可隨意拆卸，接線時，打開接線室的蓋，穿入引線接到端子上，接好后，蓋上蓋擰緊螺釘使其隔爆面間隙小于0.2mm，再上緊出線器，使引線不能竄動。
注意：安裝時，注意隔爆面，裝配時隔爆面須涂204-1防銹油脂。所有防爆面不得有損傷或銹蝕，否則將失去防爆性能，如有損傷或銹蝕現(xiàn)象需按《防爆電氣設(shè)備防爆面缺陷處理的規(guī)定》進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。
8、 使用中的排風(fēng)扇應(yīng)經(jīng)常清掃電機(jī)上粉塵及其它積聚物，以免影響散熱。
9、 長期不用的排風(fēng)扇重新使用時，應(yīng)按說明書再檢查一遍，合適后方可使用。
