一般認(rèn)為輸入點(diǎn)數(shù)是按輸入的數(shù)量來(lái)確定的。但在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,通過(guò)以下措施可達(dá)到節(jié)省PLC輸入點(diǎn)數(shù)的目的,下面以FX1N系列PLC來(lái)介紹。 (1)分組輸入 如圖1所示,有“手動(dòng)”和“自動(dòng)”兩種工作。用X000來(lái)識(shí)別使用“自動(dòng)”還是“手動(dòng)”操作,“手動(dòng)”時(shí)的輸入為0~3,“自動(dòng)”時(shí)的輸入為S0~S3,如果按正常的設(shè)計(jì)思路,那么需要X000~X007一共8個(gè)輸入點(diǎn),若按圖1的來(lái)設(shè)計(jì),則只需X001~X004一共4個(gè)輸入點(diǎn)。圖中的二極管用來(lái)切斷寄生電路。如果圖中沒有二極管,處于自動(dòng)狀態(tài),0、1、S0閉合S1斷開,這時(shí)電流從COM端子,經(jīng)0、1、S0形成寄生回路流入X000端子,使輸入位X002錯(cuò)誤地變?yōu)镺N。各開關(guān)串聯(lián)了二極管后,切斷了寄生回路,避免了錯(cuò)誤的產(chǎn)生。但使用該應(yīng)考慮輸入強(qiáng)弱。

在三相交流電源和電動(dòng)機(jī)之間只用閘刀開關(guān)或用斷路器手動(dòng)控制電動(dòng)機(jī)的啟動(dòng)和停止。 主電路:把從電源經(jīng)過(guò)受電的動(dòng)力裝置及保護(hù)電器直接到達(dá)電動(dòng)機(jī)的電路稱為主電路。 特點(diǎn):手動(dòng)正轉(zhuǎn)控制線路比較簡(jiǎn)單,但閘刀開關(guān)不宜帶負(fù)載操作。而斷路器是切斷電流的裝置,構(gòu)造上也不適合用于開關(guān)負(fù)載,因此,在啟動(dòng)、停車的,使用這種手動(dòng)控制薊方便,也不,操作勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,要啟動(dòng)或是停止電動(dòng)機(jī)必須到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作,不能在遠(yuǎn)距離進(jìn)行自動(dòng)控制。
