盡管目前電機的狀態(tài)參數(shù)的監(jiān)測方法很多，
較之傳統(tǒng)的單獨依靠PLC和觸摸屏的電機檢測系統(tǒng)，通過紫金橋組態(tài)軟件做上位機，不僅僅可以長久的保存測量歷史記錄，而且可以動態(tài)顯示測量內(nèi)容，結(jié)果判斷，產(chǎn)品再次測量提示等功能。特別是有的時候是多套設(shè)備分別測試電機的不同參數(shù)時，需要通過軟件把相應(yīng)的測量值在關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫里匯總時，通過紫金橋組態(tài)軟件可以輕松實現(xiàn)，而通過觸摸屏則很難實現(xiàn)的。
為了標(biāo)記每個電機，一般都是在電機上貼一個條碼，通過掃描槍掃描條碼傳遞給軟件，由軟件檢索數(shù)據(jù)庫，查詢之前是否測量過，然后根據(jù)查詢結(jié)果決定PLC是否開始測量。所以一般如果需要保存歷史記錄的電機檢測系統(tǒng)，通常都是要附加個Access或SqlSever等關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫的。
下面通過紫金橋監(jiān)控軟件在實際的測量項目中應(yīng)用為例，說明紫金橋軟件實現(xiàn)對設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)采集、參數(shù)設(shè)置、合格判斷、歷史記錄、良品率統(tǒng)計、報警信息等功能的實現(xiàn)。尺寸和耐壓自動檢測系統(tǒng)主要是通過PLC控制檢測設(shè)備自動測試電機尺寸和耐壓結(jié)果。
