5.全自動(dòng)臺(tái)歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)自動(dòng)繞線穿線系統(tǒng)的調(diào)整 Adjust the inserting system
機(jī)器出廠前已裝有調(diào)試好的一套模具。當(dāng)機(jī)器需要更換模具時(shí)，可按照以下步驟進(jìn)行。The machine is shipped with a good set of molds. When the machine needs to replace the mold, follow the steps below.
5.1 穿線 Inserting the wire
將線穿入進(jìn)線組件，經(jīng)過過線輪24.1，潤(rùn)滑盒25，過線輪24.2,計(jì)數(shù)輪26（經(jīng)過計(jì)數(shù)輪時(shí)將線繞計(jì)數(shù)輪一圈），過線輪24.3,再經(jīng)過鐵線整直板(如圖一)，之后在芯棒上.

Insert wire into the wire b device, through the wire running wheels 24.1, Wire lubrication case 25. Wire running wheels 24.2 and counter wheel 26. (Turn around the wheel, when goes through the counter wheel). Wire running wheel 24.3 Then goes through the hole of the straighten stand (as photo) then the wire goes into the mandrill.
5.2全自動(dòng)臺(tái)歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)調(diào)試芯棒 Mandrill adjustment
5.2.1要成形不同大小的線圈,須選用相應(yīng)的線圈芯棒,選定適合的芯棒后,先將芯棒插入主軸并從主軸的另一端用螺絲鎖緊,開機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),芯棒應(yīng)與主軸同心.
Chose suitable mandrill according to different coil size. After install the mandrill onto the main axis with tighten screws, the mandrill should be the same concentric of the main axis when the machine is running.
5.2.2機(jī)上有三個(gè)插針板,作用是固定線圈的齒距.插針板須定在對(duì)應(yīng)的插針板座上,從前方向下編號(hào)順序?yàn)?,2,3.
There are three pieces of pin stands. Order number 1,2,3 from the front to the lower one. Pins are fixed onto the stands for supporting the teeth pitch.
5.2.3把插針插入插針板上,注意針端與芯棒面須有0.05-0.15的間隙(工具箱配有塞尺).間隙過大,線材表面會(huì)刮花,如針端與芯棒配合過緊,則會(huì)刮花芯棒表面,造成坑槽,容易卡線和刮花線材.
When install the pins please keep the gap between 0.05-0.15mm (tool box has feeler gauge). Once the gap too big the wire material easy get scratched. The mandrill could be scratched the surface if the pins too closed. The mandrill the slot caused and could be damage the wire materials, too.
5.2.4全自動(dòng)臺(tái)歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)調(diào)整好插針以后,把線材一端折彎成鉤狀, 延順時(shí)針方向向右環(huán)繞芯棒,穿過每根插針,見圖二.穿線后,按”手動(dòng)繞線”按鈕,使線材環(huán)繞芯棒轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),拉出首段線圈剪掉(因開始手動(dòng)穿線時(shí)的原因,形狀不良).
After the pins installed, pressed the wire with hook shape, turn clock wise with the wire goes through each pines as photo 2. After the wiring done press “Manual Wiring Button” which turns around the mandrill running. Pull out the first sect and cut it out. (Because of wire shape no good when the first manual wiring).
