運(yùn)行中不要將手放在運(yùn)動(dòng)部件如模具等區(qū)域。
Don’t put hands into running sections such as moulds when machine is running.
觀察皮帶有無松脫現(xiàn)象。
Observe if belt get loose or not.
注意碎紙抽屜內(nèi)紙屑不要過多溢出，以免紙屑堵住出口。
Note that waste paper in the drawer can’t be too much to overflow and stem the exit.
確保各個(gè)保護(hù)開關(guān)不受損移位。
Make sure that all the protection switches are not damaged.
不要長時(shí)間大厚度工作，這樣會(huì)造成沖針及模具過快磨損。
Not work under big thickness situation for long time. It will wear punching needle and moulds too fast.

6.1 故障現(xiàn)象：臺(tái)歷單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī) 掛歷單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī) 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)機(jī)器不動(dòng)
產(chǎn)生原因：電源沒有接通或者保護(hù)開關(guān)觸發(fā)
排除方法：查看電源開關(guān)是否已經(jīng)接通，保護(hù)開關(guān)有無異常， 配
電箱內(nèi)空氣開關(guān)是否斷開
Stoppage: machine not runs
Reason: power off or protection switch is touched off.
Remove bs: check if the power switch is on, or if protection switch is normal, or if air switch in the electric box if off.
6.2 故障現(xiàn)象：臺(tái)歷單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī) 掛歷單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī) 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)沖孔紙邊距不穩(wěn)定，不對稱。
產(chǎn)生原因：拍紙器及擋紙板未固定牢固或與紙張間隙太大。
排除方法：調(diào)整緊固。
Stoppage: paper margins are not stable or symmetrical.
Reason: paper patter and paper board are not stable, or the distance from paper is too much.
Remove bs: fasten above mentioned parts.
6.3 故障現(xiàn)象：臺(tái)歷單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī) 掛歷單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī) 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)毛邊大
產(chǎn)生原因：紙張?zhí)?，沖針嚴(yán)重磨損
排除方法：正常運(yùn)行紙張厚度建議在1.2mm之內(nèi)；如果是沖針磨損嚴(yán)重請更換。
Stoppage: big deckle edge
Reason: paper is too thick or punching needle is heave wear.
Remove bs: suggest to work less than 1.2mm. please change punching needle if is heavy wear
6.4 故障現(xiàn)象：臺(tái)歷單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī) 掛歷單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī) 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)紙張不能順利進(jìn)出模具
產(chǎn)生原因：A.不銹鋼導(dǎo)紙板與紙張距離過大或壓的太緊，不利于紙張順利出入模具。B.紙邊距擋紙板與模具過緊或過松，特別是更換模具時(shí)由于安裝及制造的差異有時(shí)會(huì)造成動(dòng)作不靈活。
排除方法：調(diào)整不銹鋼紙板或紙邊距擋紙板位置。
Stoppage: it’s difficult to run in or out the mould
Reason: A. the distance between stainless steel paper feeding board and paper is too big or pressed too strict. B. the distance between paper margin board and mould is too big or pressed too strict. Especially the differences caused by installing the mould will lead to not smooth.
Remove bs: adjust stainless steel and margin paper board b.
