機(jī)器主要運(yùn)動部件如鏈條和模具沖針及軸承需要潤滑以減少磨損，請按照以下要求進(jìn)行維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：
Main working parts such as chains, moulds, needles and bearings need lubrication to protect from wearing. Please maintain as followings:
模具向?qū)О逶O(shè)置了潤滑毛氈應(yīng)定期加油，每周應(yīng)加一次（潤滑點(diǎn)10），用毛刷擦涂不宜過多以致流淌污染紙張，見圖示。
It has lubricated felt in the moulds and leading board, please add lubrication regular once a week (with lubrication point 10) by using hairbrush. Don’t be too much to dirty the paper. See the picture please.
●臺歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)兩側(cè)導(dǎo)向直線軸承已儲存潤滑脂，用戶開始使用勿須加油，經(jīng)過3個月以上使用后需要適當(dāng)潤滑。
Both sides of leading straight bearing have lubricating grease. User won’t add lubrication when first run the machine. After about more than 3 months working needs proper lubrication.

Lubricating the 1, 2, 3, 4 b bearings by using grease gun. It’s near the lifting chains. Please see the above picture.
●臺歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)鏈條需要每周涂抹機(jī)械油，既可減少磨損也減低噪聲，本機(jī)設(shè)有自動加油泵，只要在觸摸屏上輕輕一點(diǎn)加油按鈕，便可以將油注入每一加油處。
Chains need add machine oil every week to reduce wearing and noise. The machine has no automatic oil pump. Just touch the “oil” bottom on the touch screen and add oil to each b.
臺歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)鏈條的更換 change chains
本機(jī)出廠時(shí)各個凸輪位置已經(jīng)調(diào)試完畢并采取了防松措施，用戶勿需自行調(diào)整，凸輪位置用紅色標(biāo)記，如果沒有錯位或松動，不要做任何調(diào)節(jié)。
Each cam has been adjusted and protected to be loose when delivered, user won’t adjust by themselves. Cam bs signed by red color, and no there’s need to adjust if no disb or looseness.
下圖顯示主軸與凸輪軸的關(guān)系，圖中刻度盤A的零刻度與指針B重合時(shí)，凸輪軸上的指針B尖端朝上。
Following picture shows the relationship between main roll and cam roller. In the dial A, if the zero graduation indictor coincide with B, the indictor B on the cam roller indict up.
凸輪軸傳動鏈條保證主軸和凸輪軸的嚴(yán)格同步，以保障紙張運(yùn)行各個步驟的協(xié)調(diào)，所以在更換鏈條時(shí)務(wù)必慎重做好標(biāo)記，保證不錯位，如果重新安裝后錯位也不要調(diào)整凸輪而是要調(diào)整鏈條與鏈輪的關(guān)系以找到刻度盤A與指針B正確的位置。
Cam roller transmission chains ensure main roller and cam roller runs synchro strictly, to coordinate each running steps. So please note b carefully when changing chains to make sure that there will be no disbs. If the b is not right, adjust chains and chain wheels to find out right bs of dial A and indictor B, instead of adjusting cam roller b.
如下圖所示，當(dāng)指針A與刻度盤A的0點(diǎn)對齊時(shí)指針B指向正上方，這樣才能確保主軸與凸輪軸的同步。
As showed in the following picture, when indictor A align at zero of dial A, indictor B indict right up direction. In such situation can ensure main roller run sybchro with cam roller.

輸送帶斷裂或磨損后大部分可以重新粘接使用，根據(jù)長短的差異可以調(diào)換位置增加利用率，如需更換皮帶，則按照后附皮帶走向圖長度更換，更換皮帶時(shí)記錄其走向，防止失誤。
Replace and repair of belt:
Most broken or wear belts can be spliced to use again. According to different lengths, user can change bs to increase use ratio. If it needs to replace chains, please be in accordance with the attached belt running trends drawing. Note the running trends when replacing to keep away from fault.
