機(jī)器由沖孔系統(tǒng)、機(jī)械手送料系統(tǒng)、穿線系統(tǒng)以及氣泵、電氣控制系統(tǒng)及獨(dú)立的收放物料裝置組成）。
The machine is consist of Punching system, Gripper deliver system, Air compressor ,Electric control system, and the Feed and Receive belt.
1.臺(tái)歷月歷掛歷筆記本雙螺環(huán) 單螺環(huán)全自動(dòng)裝訂機(jī)沖孔系統(tǒng) Punching System
本系統(tǒng)由伺服系統(tǒng)、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)、理料機(jī)構(gòu)、沖孔模具組組成。通過(guò)機(jī)械手1將產(chǎn)品從沖孔待料位移至打孔等待位，然后三面同時(shí)整理將紙張對(duì)齊，然后通過(guò)推刀分層推至沖孔工位沖孔，沖孔結(jié)束后通過(guò)機(jī)械手2將書本移至下一工位。產(chǎn)品大小和頁(yè)邊距均可調(diào)整，通過(guò)更換沖孔模具可沖制各種形狀的孔。
The system consists of servo system, transmission system, cam structure, neat parts, punching mould, Through the Gripper 1 to take the book from the wait station to punch b, then neat the book, then the push knife to push the book to punch, after punching the Gripper 2 move the book to next station.
2．臺(tái)歷月歷掛歷筆記本雙螺環(huán) 單螺環(huán)全自動(dòng)裝訂機(jī)機(jī)械手送料系統(tǒng) Gripper deliver system
該系統(tǒng)由伺服系統(tǒng)、光電系統(tǒng)、皮帶傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、直線導(dǎo)軌、氣缸及連桿組成的同步聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)。待沖孔待料位有產(chǎn)品光電給信號(hào)，氣缸夾緊，夾緊信號(hào)傳給伺服電機(jī)，電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)帶動(dòng)皮帶傳動(dòng)，皮帶系統(tǒng)將力沿直線導(dǎo)軌輸出至機(jī)械手，機(jī)械手12通過(guò)連桿連接保證了機(jī)械手12同步聯(lián)動(dòng)各個(gè)工位有序供料。
The system consists of servo system, photoelectric system, belt drive system, linear guide, cylinder and connecting rod composed of synchronous bage mechanism. 該機(jī)構(gòu)采用伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)，同步帶傳動(dòng)，直線導(dǎo)軌導(dǎo)向。因而整機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，傳動(dòng)可靠，降低了工作噪聲，大大提高了設(shè)備精度和穩(wěn)定性。
The agency uses servo drive, timing belt drive, linear guide guide. So the machine running smoothly, reliable transmission, reducing the work noise, greatly improving the equipment accuracy and stability.
3．臺(tái)歷月歷掛歷筆記本雙螺環(huán) 單螺環(huán)全自動(dòng)裝訂機(jī)獨(dú)立的收放物料裝置 Feed and Receive belt
本機(jī)配置的放料裝置是一款放料寬度可調(diào)的鏈傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)。可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的寬度調(diào)節(jié)好合適的料道寬度，人工將產(chǎn)品放入料道，通過(guò)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)將產(chǎn)品傳送到?jīng)_孔待料位。在此工位放料大大提高了設(shè)備的安全性能。
The machine is equipped with a discharge device with adjustable b of material. Can be adjusted according to the b of the product, the product will be manually put into the belt, through the transmission device will be sent to the punching b to be expected. In this station discharge material greatly improved the safety perbance of the equipment.
收料裝置主要是配合主機(jī)機(jī)械手3完成收料工作，可根據(jù)主機(jī)的裝訂速度自動(dòng)調(diào)整線體的每次位移。
Receiving belt is mainly with the host gripper 3 to complete the receipt work, according to the host's binding speed automatically adjust the line of each displacement.
