三、YO雙線圈 裝訂 鐵圈 yo圈 蛇仔圈自動裝訂設(shè)備的安裝 Installation:
1. 用戶收到機器開箱后，應(yīng)根據(jù)裝箱單清點，如有不符，請來信來電與我廠聯(lián)系。
1. When receive the machine, please check the pack-list if any parts losing.
2. 機器安裝前，應(yīng)將機器表面的包裝物，防銹保護層清除干凈。清除時不許使用硬物鏟刮，以免損壞機器表面。
2. Before installation, the machine need be clean the Rust protection layer.
3. 機器的調(diào)試與運行 Adjust and running
接通電源、氣源、清理完設(shè)備上、的雜物之后可開機試運行，試運行根據(jù)目錄六設(shè)備的操作篇調(diào)試至生產(chǎn)所需的狀態(tài)生產(chǎn)。
After connect the power, air compressor and clean the machine, please according to menu 6 to adjust the machine.
四、YO雙線圈 裝訂 鐵圈 yo圈 蛇仔圈自動裝訂設(shè)備的工作流程及原理
Working Process and Principle
設(shè)備工作流程：人工上料---自動送料---自動沖孔---自動穿線壓合---自動收料。
Working Process: Feed by manual---Send product automatically---Punch automatically ---Closing the wire automatically---Receive the product automatically.
設(shè)備工作原理：產(chǎn)品由人工放置在上料輸送道上，通過鏈條傳動到?jīng)_孔待料位，待料位光電得到信號輸送停止，同時待料位待料機械手1得到夾緊信號夾緊，然后將產(chǎn)品移至打孔等待工位，該工位確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品到位后理料氣缸將產(chǎn)品整齊定位，然后通過推刀將產(chǎn)品分次推到?jīng)_孔工位沖孔，沖孔完成后待料機械手2夾緊、理料氣缸打開、機械手2將書本移至夾緊產(chǎn)品移至穿線工位，穿線工位光電確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品到位后壓合，然后機械手3將裝訂完成的書本移至收料輸送位，完成裝訂過程。
Principle: The worker put the book into the feed belt, then be deliver to the b to wait for punch, the light sensor in the wait b get the signal to stop send the book, when the gripper 1 get the signal to grip, then deliver the book to the b of punching, when the machine confirm the book arrive the b, the machine would neat the book, then through the push knife to push the book to punch separaby, after punching, the gripper 2 grip the book the closing b, when the machine confirm the book arrive, it would close the wire in the hole, at last the gripper 3 grip the book
receive belt. it is the all working process.
