整機(jī)性能特點
輪管機(jī)也叫竹節(jié)管機(jī)，滾槽機(jī)，主要用于金屬竹節(jié)管加工，廣泛應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)置物網(wǎng)架、貨架、衣柜架等的立柱圓管、五金家電、照明燈飾、家居裝飾、工藝品等領(lǐng)域。
該設(shè)備采用液壓油缸定位，電機(jī)驅(qū)動旋轉(zhuǎn)，機(jī)械齒輪傳動和PLC微電腦控制，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、運行平穩(wěn)、維修方便、加工精度高，操作簡單，只要將圓管放入兩軋錕間即可，是管類美化加工的理想設(shè)備。
也可根據(jù)客戶需要，根據(jù)金屬管尺寸，各種規(guī)格竹節(jié)管的節(jié)距和凹槽形狀，特殊定制機(jī)器和軋輪模具及滾刀。
Features of the Machine
Roll Groover,also called Steel Tube Bamboo Joint Forming Machine,
Channeling Machine,is mainly used for processing bamboo joint and groove on bl tube, widely applied in the production of the rack, shelf, wardrobe frame, hardware appliances, lighting, decoration, handicrafts,Home Furnishing,and so on.
The equipment adopts hydraulic cylinder bing,motor driven rotation, machinery gear drive and PLC microcomputer control,structure compact,
operation stable,convenient maintenance,high precision,simple operation:only need to load the round tube into the two rolls,then OK.It is an ideal equipment for tube beautification processing.
According to customer needs,different size of bl tube,different bamboo joint pitch and groove shape, also can produce the machine specially with different rolling mould and channeling cutter.
