    系統(tǒng)工作流程分析

    設(shè)備具體工作流程如下:

    人工上料→⑵氣缸壓緊夾緊→⑶按下啟動按鈕,等待機(jī)器人焊接→⑷焊接完畢氣缸松開→(5)取下工件

    以上動作循環(huán)操作。本設(shè)備采用雙工作臺雙工位焊接,在焊接的期間另外工位上下料確保設(shè)備高效率運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

    工裝夾具說明

    在非標(biāo)工作臺上,依靠有兩個(gè)定位銷和兩個(gè)直角定位塊精準(zhǔn)的限制了工件的平面位置,依靠四個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)角氣缸的壓緊,

    確保了工件的定位準(zhǔn)確,并使得工件裝夾的重復(fù)性,穩(wěn)定性得到保證。

    一個(gè)工件要焊接的地方有2處,每處焊接所需要的時(shí)間大約為3s     1.  售前服務(wù)

    簽訂合同前,公司為客戶提供各種生產(chǎn)工藝方案,提供激光設(shè)備的技術(shù)咨詢、樣品試樣,設(shè)備選型等服務(wù)。

    2.  安裝調(diào)試

    我公司依據(jù)合同,免費(fèi)在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)將設(shè)備安全運(yùn)往用戶指定的安裝地點(diǎn),并派技術(shù)服務(wù)工程師現(xiàn)場安裝,調(diào)試確保

    設(shè)備可以正常使用。

    3.  售后培訓(xùn)

    公司提供免費(fèi)技術(shù)培訓(xùn),安裝調(diào)試完畢后,在買方現(xiàn)場或賣方國內(nèi)培訓(xùn)維修中心對買方操作人員進(jìn)行不少于 3 天的技術(shù)

    培訓(xùn),直至操作人員達(dá)到基本正常使用該設(shè)備為止,主要的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容如下:

    常用繪圖軟件的使用培訓(xùn);

    焊接控制軟件的使用培訓(xùn);

    開關(guān)機(jī)操作規(guī)程培訓(xùn);

    面板及軟件控制參數(shù)的意義,參數(shù)選擇范圍的培訓(xùn);

    機(jī)器的基本清潔處理和保養(yǎng);

    常見硬件故障處理;

    操作中應(yīng)注意的問題;

    除此之外還為用戶提供其所生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)技術(shù)支持。
