2.經(jīng)過賽典公司的測試高頻焊接這樣的軟膜要想焊接得非常牢固，必須經(jīng)過高頻，把所有的電壓，電流調(diào)試好剛合適的 ；
3.根據(jù)軟膜形狀的不同，在機器下臺面貼上專有的定位貼，這樣就可以軟膜焊接移動在在需要的位置；
4.鋪好軟膜之后，讓機頭下降，直至模具壓實到軟膜天花表面，再調(diào)節(jié)高頻電流；
5.高頻電流要根據(jù)模具的大小來進行調(diào)節(jié)，經(jīng)過高頻作用以后，軟膜天花才焊接牢固，而且可以通過拉力測試。
