注意

• 如果adplus創(chuàng)建的用戶dump文件是 0 KB，則必須修改Windows的頁面文件，詳細(xì)信息請參考微軟文章 2860880。也可能是資源負(fù)荷問題。
• 也可以稍后創(chuàng)建Memory dump。但是此Memory dump僅是一個快照并不包含導(dǎo)致故障的事件順序記錄。

Windows 7或更高版本可以通過Windows任務(wù)管理器創(chuàng)建用戶dump。
 Windows 7 / Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2008 (32為版本)

1. Windows 7 / Server 2008 (32位版本)
   打開任務(wù)管理器
         - 開始 > 運(yùn)行... > Taskmgr.exe 或者
         - 右鍵單擊任務(wù)欄 > 啟動任務(wù)管理器。
2. 打開 “進(jìn)程”選項卡。右鍵單擊目標(biāo)進(jìn)程。
3. 在彈出的快捷菜單中選擇“創(chuàng)建轉(zhuǎn)儲文件”功能。

Windows 7 / Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2008 / Windows Server 2012 (64位版本)
鑒于WinCC進(jìn)程是32位的，所以創(chuàng)建的 memory dump 也是32位格式。
在64位操作系統(tǒng)中默認(rèn)啟動的是64位版本任務(wù)管理器 ，因此此時創(chuàng)建的  memory dump 也是64位格式。
若欲在64位操作系統(tǒng)中創(chuàng)建32位格式的 memory dump ，請進(jìn)行以下操作：

1. 通過路徑C:\Windows\SysWOW64\taskmgr.exe 啟動32位版本任務(wù)管理器。
2. 打開“進(jìn)程”選項卡。右鍵單擊目標(biāo)進(jìn)程。
3. 在彈出的快捷菜單中選擇“創(chuàng)建轉(zhuǎn)儲文件”功能。 
   此時即創(chuàng)建了轉(zhuǎn)儲文件.
   

在任何情況下，應(yīng)該首先聯(lián)系Technical Support 以查明何種 memory dump 是必需的。
