Der Tastspitzensensor KST94 eignet sich zur automatisierten Schwingungspr眉fung in der Massenproduktion. Seine Spitze ist beweglich gelagert. Der Sensor kann z.B. pneumatisch an den Pr眉fling angen?hert werden. Das Sensorsystem ist schwingungsisoliert in der Linearf眉hrung gelagert, um F眉hrungseinfl眉sse zu entkoppeln. Daraus resultiert ein determinierte Frequenzgang, der eine Frequenzanalyse 眉ber den Resonanzbereich hinaus bis 10 kHz gestattet. Der KST94 hat eine hohe Lebensdauer von 眉ber 10 Millionen Testzyklen. Sein IEPE-Ausgangssignal eignet sich zur Weiterverarbeitung z.B. mit dem Messverst?rker M33 oder dem Schwingungsw?chter M12.
Die stromsparenden IEPE - Beschleunigungsaufnehmer KS94L und KS943L wurden speziell f眉r Anwendungen entwickelt, bei denen es auf geringe Leistungsaufnahme ankommt, wie z.B. in der Sensorbemetrie oder anderen batteriebetriebenen Systemen.

SE3000 Field Data Scanning Units
SE3000 series scanning units are designed for data logging with a personal computer. The basic unit with 6 b points can be connected to 7 sub units (6 b points/sub unit) and maximum 48 analog data can be collected. Two software packages, 鈥淒ata Acquisition Software Package KIDS鈥� for data logging and 鈥淧arameter Programming Software Package PASS鈥� for beter programming are available.
Expanded type units can expand b points up to 48 points by connecting sub units (6-point b).
Data can be easily collected by the data acquisition software package 鈥淜IDS鈥� and the beter programming software package 鈥淧ASS鈥�. The 鈥淜IDS鈥� can connect up to 5 sets of SE3000 and manage up to 100 channels.
