法國(guó)??怂共ぬ}閥門定位器SRD991-CDBD7ZZZNY-V01進(jìn)口現(xiàn)貨在PLC程序內(nèi)部要對(duì)相應(yīng)的信號(hào)進(jìn)行比較、運(yùn)算時(shí),常需將該信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成實(shí)際物理值,這樣這個(gè)數(shù)值才具有實(shí)際意義。相反,我們要控制一些執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)(如比例閥,電動(dòng)閥等)需要將控制值轉(zhuǎn)換成與實(shí)際工程量對(duì)應(yīng)的整形數(shù),再經(jīng)模擬量輸出模板轉(zhuǎn)換成電壓、電流信號(hào)去控制現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。要完成輸入、輸出模擬量轉(zhuǎn)換,就需要在程序中調(diào)用功能塊完成量程轉(zhuǎn)換。一個(gè)壓力調(diào)節(jié)回路中,壓力變送器輸出4-20mADC信號(hào)到SM331模擬量輸入模板,SM331模板將該信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成0-27648的整形數(shù),然后在程序中要調(diào)用FC105將該值轉(zhuǎn)換成0-10.0(MPa)的工程量(實(shí)數(shù)),經(jīng)PID運(yùn)算后得到的結(jié)果仍為實(shí)數(shù),要用FC106轉(zhuǎn)換為對(duì)應(yīng)閥門開度0-100%的整形數(shù)0-27648后,經(jīng)SM332模擬量輸出模板輸出4-20mADC信號(hào)到調(diào)節(jié)閥的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。
