1、計(jì)算機(jī)用屏蔽電纜又稱DCS用電纜：適用于電子計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及控制，抗性能要求較高的檢測(cè)裝置和儀器儀表連接。
2、本安計(jì)算機(jī)屏蔽電纜又稱本安DCS用電纜：適用于石油、化工、電力、煤氣工程、礦山等存在危險(xiǎn)的以及其它防爆要求較高的，傳輸自動(dòng)控制。該電纜是具有低電容、低電感集散型的儀表電纜，因此簡(jiǎn)稱本安型DCS電纜，具有優(yōu)異的屏蔽性和抗性，因此防爆性能明顯高于一般DCS電纜和計(jì)算機(jī)控制電纜。

使用特性：
1、交流額定電壓U0/U：300/500V；
2、電纜導(dǎo)體長(zhǎng)期允許高工作溫度：
聚氯絕緣分70℃、105℃兩種；聚絕緣為70℃；交聯(lián)聚絕緣為90℃（絕緣交聯(lián)類型可分為硅烷交聯(lián)和輻照交聯(lián)）
3、低溫度：固定敷設(shè)-40℃，非固定敷設(shè)-15℃，安裝敷設(shè)時(shí)溫度不低于0℃
4、電纜允許小彎曲半徑：金屬帶繞包屏蔽或鋼絲、鋼帶鎧裝電纜不小于電纜外徑的12倍，非鎧裝軟電纜或編織屏蔽電纜不小于電纜外徑的6倍。
5、電纜地線芯絕緣采用具有抗氧化性能的K型B類低密度聚。聚的絕緣電阻高，耐電壓好，介電系數(shù)小和介質(zhì)損耗溫度和變的影響也小，不但能傳輸性能的要求，而且能確保電纜的使用壽命。
6、為了回路間的相互串?dāng)_和外部，電纜采用屏蔽結(jié)構(gòu)。電纜的屏蔽要求是根據(jù)不同分別采用：對(duì)絞組合屏蔽、對(duì)絞組成電纜的總屏蔽、對(duì)絞組合屏蔽后總屏蔽等。
7、屏蔽材料有圓銅線，銅帶、鋁帶/塑料復(fù)合帶三種。屏蔽對(duì)與屏蔽對(duì)具有的絕緣性能，電纜在使用中若屏蔽對(duì)與屏蔽對(duì)之間出現(xiàn)電位差時(shí)，不會(huì)影響的傳輸。
