電阻主要是通過設(shè)定一個(gè)特定的直流電壓范圍來控制導(dǎo)通和關(guān)斷流向制動(dòng)電阻的電流,使直流母線電壓保持在某一安全范圍以內(nèi),從而達(dá)到保護(hù)變頻調(diào)速裝置和電機(jī)器件的目的。根據(jù)異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的原理,在一些需要快速降速的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合,若滑差越大那么轉(zhuǎn)矩也會(huì)越大,這樣制動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩將隨著降速速率的加大而增大,使系統(tǒng)降速的時(shí)間也大大縮短,能量的回饋速度也大大加快,直流母線上的電壓會(huì)迅速上升,現(xiàn)在我們就需要在在變頻器直流側(cè)加入放電電阻單元組件,將產(chǎn)生的能量快速轉(zhuǎn)換成熱能并消耗掉,使直流母線的電壓處在一個(gè)安全的范圍以內(nèi)。
