1) Business license & Taxation registration (工廠營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照及稅務(wù)登記)
2) Worker handbook incl. factory
rules & regulation, worker benefit, termination etc.
(員工手冊(cè) (包括廠規(guī),廠紀(jì) 如: 對(duì)員工表現(xiàn)的評(píng)估系統(tǒng),工廠的獎(jiǎng)懲制度,工資制度等2 員工福利, 解除合同的程式等)
3) Recruitment material such as
advertisements, hiring practice debion.

4) Orientation/training provides to
new comers including factory organization, history, policies, regulations,
systems, health, safety & environmental regulation etc.
