These sealed lead acid valve regulated (VRLA) batteries are classified as "Battery, wet non-spillable, not subject to regulations" by DOT and IMO. By IATA they are classified as "Not restricted for air transport" and they are in compliance with IATA/ICAO special provision A67. For the gelled electrolyte batteries, they are classified as "Battery, wet, filled with acid, UN2794, Class 8". They can be legally shipped via air with special packaging etc.

數(shù)據(jù)中心建設(shè)規(guī)模日益增大,采用大型的制冷解決方案,系統(tǒng)雖然復(fù)雜,但是能效高、節(jié)能效果明顯,日益成為主流。數(shù)據(jù)中心基于自身的應(yīng)用特點(diǎn),對(duì)離心式冷水機(jī)組有著更高的要求,比如要求機(jī)組更加穩(wěn)定可靠、節(jié)能、避免喘振、快速重啟等等。而變頻離心式冷水機(jī)組契合了數(shù)據(jù)中心的應(yīng)用要求,目前已經(jīng)在數(shù)據(jù)中心行業(yè)廣泛使用。下面我們看一下變頻離心式冷水機(jī)組在數(shù)據(jù)中心中的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì):
1.變頻機(jī)組能效更優(yōu)
IDC數(shù)據(jù)中心冷水機(jī)組設(shè)計(jì)多為N+1冗余設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合變頻機(jī)組熱備模式運(yùn)行,即使數(shù)據(jù)中心IT設(shè)備負(fù)載率很高的情況下,冷機(jī)絕大部分時(shí)間也在部分負(fù)荷狀態(tài)運(yùn)行。
以某品牌某款機(jī)組為例(冷凍水供回水溫12/18℃),機(jī)組在80%負(fù)荷百分比、不同冷卻水進(jìn)水溫度條件下的情況下,變頻機(jī)組與定頻機(jī)組能效對(duì)比:
可以看出,變頻離心冷水機(jī)組在部分負(fù)荷下效率比定頻機(jī)組高很多。并且,隨著冷卻水進(jìn)水溫度降低,變頻機(jī)組的節(jié)能效果更加明顯。
2.提高可靠性
(1)啟動(dòng)電流低
定頻機(jī)組為星三角啟動(dòng)。一次啟動(dòng)電流高達(dá)滿負(fù)荷電流的200~250%,二次啟動(dòng)電流甚至可能高達(dá)滿負(fù)荷電流的500%.
變頻機(jī)組為軟啟動(dòng),啟動(dòng)電流不會(huì)超過(guò)滿負(fù)荷電流,減少了設(shè)備的電流沖擊,延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備壽命。
(2)快速重啟
對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)中心而言,短時(shí)間的供冷中斷不但會(huì)造成室內(nèi)熱量的大量堆積、溫度迅速升高,還將導(dǎo)致IT設(shè)備性能降低、使用壽命縮短等一系列更為嚴(yán)重的后果。所以為了應(yīng)對(duì)短時(shí)斷電或電源切換等極端情況,數(shù)據(jù)中心通常要求冷水機(jī)組在盡可能短的時(shí)間內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)重啟及加載。
變頻冷水機(jī)組沒(méi)有啟動(dòng)時(shí)間間隔的限制,機(jī)組可頻繁啟停,機(jī)組在帶UPS快速啟動(dòng)的情況下,可實(shí)現(xiàn)在1分鐘之內(nèi)重啟,2分鐘內(nèi)到達(dá)80%負(fù)荷輸出,定頻機(jī)組難以實(shí)現(xiàn)。
(3)避免喘振
喘振主要是因?yàn)槔淠龎毫εc蒸發(fā)壓力壓差過(guò)高或壓縮機(jī)制冷劑流量過(guò)低。定頻機(jī)組在低負(fù)荷運(yùn)行時(shí),只能選擇調(diào)節(jié)導(dǎo)流葉片開(kāi)度,很容易發(fā)生喘振現(xiàn)象。變頻機(jī)組在低負(fù)荷狀態(tài)運(yùn)行時(shí),同時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)導(dǎo)流葉片開(kāi)度和電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速,調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)組運(yùn)行狀態(tài),可控制離心機(jī)組迅速避開(kāi)喘振點(diǎn),避免喘振對(duì)機(jī)組的傷害,確保機(jī)組運(yùn)行安全。
當(dāng)然,給機(jī)組配置熱氣旁通避免喘振會(huì)更加放心。
3.其他
變頻機(jī)組還有其他優(yōu)點(diǎn),比如部分負(fù)荷運(yùn)行時(shí)噪音降低、提高機(jī)組功率因數(shù)、減少備用發(fā)電機(jī)容量、如果配置機(jī)載啟動(dòng)柜還可以節(jié)省占地面積等。
但同時(shí),變頻機(jī)組的變頻器也會(huì)對(duì)通信及數(shù)據(jù)中心配電網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生高次諧波。高次諧波不僅造成設(shè)備自身和電網(wǎng)相當(dāng)大的附加無(wú)功電能,而且會(huì)*通訊系統(tǒng),嚴(yán)重情況會(huì)造成系統(tǒng)死機(jī)、控制失常停機(jī),甚至?xí)G失實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),影響設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行并且縮短使用壽命。因此,對(duì)于冷水機(jī)組機(jī)載變頻裝置要求配置濾波器。尤其是IT設(shè)備與變頻器在同一個(gè)變壓器下,應(yīng)配置有源濾波器。
隨著離心式冷水機(jī)組在大型超大數(shù)據(jù)中心中的廣泛使用,變頻技術(shù)已經(jīng)比較成熟并深入人心。但變頻機(jī)組絕大多數(shù)為單級(jí)壓縮機(jī)組,我們也期待著多級(jí)壓縮與變頻技術(shù)的有機(jī)結(jié)合,通過(guò)更多的案例看看會(huì)有怎樣的效果。
