All sourcing decisions will be primarily based on the facility’s level of transparency. 所有采購決定都主要基于工廠的透明度
Suppliers’ exemplary perbance in complying
with other Code of Conduct standards will be negated with just one evidence of

TRANSPARENCY Compliance Benchmarks
Suppliers must
provide Starbucks with all pertinent inbation about their facilities and
subcontractors (identity/physical b, ownership, other inbation as
maybe required). 供應(yīng)商須向星巴克提供所有其設(shè)備及轉(zhuǎn)包商的相關(guān)信息（名稱/地址，所有權(quán)屬及可能需要的其他信息）。
All subcontractors

Disclose any
conditions that may be in conflict with any Starbucks Code of Conduct standards
