注意事項:

注意事項:
1.焊前焊條須經(jīng)250℃左右烘焙1h。

注意事項:

2.焊時運條以窄焊道為宜,每次焊縫的長度不宜超過50mm,焊后立即用小錘輕輕錘擊焊接處,以消除焊補區(qū)應力,防止裂紋。

鑄鐵的焊接和補焊,要達到較滿意的結果,必須注意“三分材料、七分工藝”,不僅要選擇焊條,而且采用適宜的補焊方法尤為重要。
建議采用下列焊接工藝,作為鑄鐵焊接和補焊時參考:
1. 首先清除焊接部位的油泥、砂、水、銹等臟物;對長期處于高溫、蒸汽環(huán)境下工作的鑄鐵件,還要清除表面貧碳層及氧化層。
2. 根據(jù)被焊部位的形狀、缺陷類型,進行開坡口、打止裂孔及熔池造型等準備措施。
3. 對需要冷焊的工件,先預熱500-600℃左右,選用適宜電流,可連續(xù)施焊,焊接過程始終保持預熱的溫度,焊后立即覆蓋石棉粉等保溫材料,讓其緩慢冷卻,以提高其抗裂性能和加工性能。
4. 對于冷焊工件,防止母材熔化過多,減少白口傾向,防止熱量集中過多,造成應力過大,應盡量采用小電流、短弧、窄道焊(每段焊道長度一般不超過50mm)。焊后馬上錘擊焊縫以松弛應力防止開裂,待溫度降到60℃以下再焊一道。
5. 收弧時注意弧坑填滿,以防收弧處裂。
