INCOFLUXR NT110 埋弧焊劑
INCOFLUX NT110 埋弧焊劑設(shè)計(jì)與MONEL 60/67焊絲匹配使用,MONEL 60焊絲是一種含銅30%含鎳70%的合金,而MONEL 67焊絲含銅70%含鎳30%。這種焊劑的典型應(yīng)用是與MONEL 60匹配,用于MONEL 400合金自身之間及其與鐵素體金屬材料之間的開坡口焊接。這種焊劑的一個(gè)主要應(yīng)用是與MONEL 60填充金屬相匹配,在碳鋼表面堆焊形成耐蝕保護(hù)層。這種焊劑還可以與MONEL 67填充金屬匹配應(yīng)用于MONEL 450或其它銅-鎳合金(銅鎳比例為:90/10、80/20及70/30)的焊接。如果在鋼的表面進(jìn)行堆焊,需要用INCONEL 61或MONEL 60填充金屬打底作過渡層。

儲(chǔ)藏和干燥條件

The INCOFLUX NT110 submerged arc welding is designed to match the MONEL 60/67 welding wire, and the MONEL 60 welding wire is an alloy with 30 % copper and 70 % of copper content, while MONEL 67 electrode contains 70 % nickel and 30 %. The typical application of this flux is to match the MONEL 60 for the MONEL 400 alloy itself and its weld with the open groove between the ferrite bl materials. One of the main applications of this flux is to match with the MONEL 60 filler bl, which is surfacing on the surface of carbon steel to b an anticorrosive coating. This flux can also be used to weld MONEL 67 with bl matching for MONEL 450 or other copper-nickel alloys (90/10, 80/20 and 70/30 for copper and nickel). If the surface of the steel is surfacing, the bl bottom will need to be filled with INCONEL 61 or MONEL 60.

Storage and drying conditions
The flux seals can be kept indefiniby in unopened containers. If the solder is exposed to wet conditions, it can be used after an hour of thermal insulation drying for 2 hours or 600oF.
