INCOFLUXR NT100 埋弧焊劑
INCOFLUX NT100 埋弧焊劑是一種中性的燒結(jié)焊劑,設(shè)計(jì)與Nickel 61、INCONEL82、NI-ROD 44和NILO CF36 焊絲匹配使用。這種焊劑的典型應(yīng)用是Nickel200合金自身之間或與鋼之間的開坡口焊接,以及與INCONEL 61匹配使用在碳鋼表面進(jìn)行堆焊。這種焊劑也可以與INCONEL 82填充金屬相匹配,形成多達(dá)三層的堆焊層。(注意,如果需要更多的堆焊層,應(yīng)當(dāng)使用INCOFLUX 4埋弧焊劑INCONEL 82填充金屬)。NI-ROD 44填充金屬和INCOFLUX NT100 埋弧焊劑匹配可以用于鑄鐵之間以及鑄鐵和鋼之間的埋弧焊接。INCOFLUX NT100 埋弧焊劑也可以與NILO CF36填充金屬匹配用于INVAR合金和NILO 36合金的焊接。

儲藏和干燥條件
焊劑密封在未開啟的容器中可以無限期保存。如果焊劑暴露于潮濕環(huán)境中,可以在500oF保溫烘干2小時(shí)或600oF保溫烘干1小時(shí)后使用。

The INCOFLUX NT100 submerged arc welding agent is a neutral sintering flux, designed with Nickel 61, INCONEL82, ni-rod 44 and NILO CF36 welding wire. The typical application of such flux is the weld between the Nickel200 alloy itself or the open groove between the steel, and the INCONEL 61 matching for surfacing welding on the surface of carbon steel. The flux can also be matched with the INCONEL 82 filler bl, bing up to three layers of surfacing. (note that INCOFLUX 4 submerged arc welding agent INCONEL 82 filler bl should be used if more surfacing layers are needed. NI-ROD 44 filler bl and INCOFLUX NT100 submerged arc welding can be used for the submerged arc welding between cast iron and steel and steel. The INCOFLUX NT100 submerged arc welding agent can also be used to match the NILO CF36 filler bl for the welding of the INVAR alloy and the NILO 36 alloy.

Storage and drying conditions
The flux seals can be kept indefiniby in unopened containers. If the solder is exposed to wet conditions, it can be used after an hour of thermal insulation drying for 2 hours or 600oF.
