INCOFLUXR 8 埋弧焊劑
INCOFLUX 8 埋弧焊劑設(shè)計(jì)與MONEL 67焊絲匹配使用,MONEL 67焊絲是一種含鎳30%的高銅合金。這種焊劑的典型應(yīng)用是MONEL 450(銅/鎳比例為70/30)及其它一些銅鎳合金的開坡口焊接。這種焊劑還可應(yīng)用于碳鋼的表面堆焊,但需要用Nickel 61或MONEL 60 填充金屬作過渡層,防止由于鐵的稀釋作用使銅鎳熔敷金屬脆化。

儲(chǔ)藏和干燥條件
焊劑密封在未開啟的容器中可以無限期保存。如果焊劑暴露于潮濕環(huán)境中,可以在500oF保溫烘干2小時(shí)或600oF保溫烘干1小時(shí)后使用。

The INCOFLUX 8 submerged arc welding agent is designed to match the MONEL 67 welding wire, which is a high copper alloy containing 30% nickel. The typical application of this flux is MONEL 450 (copper/nickel ratio 70/30) and some other copper nickel alloy open groove welding. This flux can also be applied to the surface surfacing of carbon steel, but it needs to be filled with Nickel 61 or MONEL 60 to prevent the bl embrittlement due to the dilution of iron.

Storage and drying conditions
The flux seals can be kept indefiniby in unopened containers. If the solder is exposed to wet conditions, it can be used after an hour of thermal insulation drying for 2 hours or 600oF.
