NILOR CF36 焊絲
NILO CF36 焊絲主要用于NILO 36合金的熔化極氣體保護焊、鎢極氣體保護焊和埋弧焊。NILO CF36 焊絲與NILO 36合金一樣具有較低的熱脹特性,這防止的了凝固裂紋和再熱裂紋的產(chǎn)生。當(dāng)這種焊絲用于噴射過渡的GMAW焊接過程時,推薦使用氬氣作為保護氣體;當(dāng)用于GMAW脈沖焊接和短弧焊接時,推薦使用氬氣和25%氦氣混合氣體作保護氣;當(dāng)用于SAW焊接時應(yīng)當(dāng)使用INCOFLUX 6焊劑。

NILO CF36 welding wire is mainly used for the welding of the melting electrode of NILO 36 alloy, the welding of tungsten electrode gas and the submerged arc welding. The NILO CF36 electrode has a low thermal expansion property as the NILO 36 alloy, which prevents the production of solidified cracks and reheat cracks. When this wire is used for the GMAW welding process of spray transition, argon is recommended to protect the gas. When used for GMAW pulse welding and short arc welding, it is recommended to use argon gas and 25% helium mixture to protect gas. INCOFLUX 6 flux shall be used when used for SAW welding.
