INCONEL 52 焊絲主要用于鎢極惰性氣體保護(hù)焊和熔化極氣體保護(hù)電弧焊焊接INCONEL 690合金。這種鎳-鉻組分的焊接材料主要用來滿足不斷變化的核工業(yè)的要求,含鉻量較高使其在核輻射、純水環(huán)境中具有更好的抗應(yīng)力腐蝕開裂的能力。這種焊絲還可以用來在大多數(shù)低合金鋼和不銹鋼表面形成耐蝕防護(hù)層,也可用于要求耐受氧化性酸腐蝕的場合。INCONEL 52 焊絲可以用來焊接異種材料,例如INCONEL系列合金、INCOLOY系列合金、碳鋼、低合金鋼和不銹鋼相互之間的焊接。
