MONEL? 60 焊絲 AWS A5.14,ERNiCu-7提供材質書
MONEL 60 焊絲主要用于用鎢極惰性氣體保護焊、熔化極氣體保護焊和埋弧焊等方法焊接MONEL400合金、R404合金以及K-500合金,也可用于熔化極氣體保護焊和埋弧焊進行鋼材的表面堆焊。對特定的熔化極氣體保護焊接條件下,推薦使用NICKLE 61鎳焊絲蓋面。用MONEL 60焊絲進行埋弧焊接需要使用INCOFLUX5焊劑。
用MONEL 60焊絲形成的焊縫金屬具有和MONEL 400合金相似的性能-高強度,在多種介質中作用下都有較強的耐蝕能力,這些腐蝕介質包括海水、鹽類以及還原性酸等。當用這種焊條焊接MONEL K-500合金時,由于焊縫填充金屬不能產(chǎn)生時效硬化效果,所以強度較母材低。

MONEL ? 60 wire AWS A5.14 ERNiCu - 7 provides the material book
MONEL wire is mainly used for 60 with tungsten inert gas protection welding, melting polar gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding welding MONEL400 alloy, R404 alloy and K - 500 alloy, also can be used for melting pole gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding on the surface of the steel welding. On specific melting polar gas protection welding condition, it is recommended to use NICKLE covering 61 nickel wire. With 60 MONEL wire for submerged arc welding use INCOFLUX5 flux.
With MONEL wire bation of the weld bl has 60 and 400 MONEL alloy similar perbance - high intensity, in a variety of medium under the b of both have strong corrosion resistant ability, the corrosion medium including sea water, salt and reducing acid etc. When using this electrode welding MONEL alloy K - 500, due to the weld filler bl can't age hardening effect, so the strength of the parent bl is low.
