The nickel - iron welding core of 55X electrode makes weld bl with high strength and low residual shrinkage stress, which is very suitable for welding large and thick components. NI - ROD 55 x electrode can be used for grey cast iron, ductile iron, compacted graphite cast iron, malleable iron, and other various casting alloy itself, or between them and between steel, stainless steel and nickel base alloy welding.
