Nickel 141焊條用于Nickel 200 Nickel 201的焊接保材質(zhì)
Nickel 141 焊條主要用于Nickel 200、Nickel 201合金的藥皮焊條電弧焊，和鍍鎳鋼材在鍍鎳層一側(cè)的焊接，也可用于鋼的堆焊。焊縫金屬中鈦和碳產(chǎn)生反應(yīng)使游離態(tài)的碳降到比較低的水平，因此這種焊條可以用于低碳鎳合金（Nickel 201）的焊接。焊縫金屬具有優(yōu)異的耐蝕性能，特別是耐堿金屬腐蝕的能力。這種焊條也可用于異種材料的焊接，包括Nickel 200合金和Nickel 201合金之間的焊接以及各種鐵基和鎳基合金的焊接。Nickel 141 焊條適用于全位置焊接。

Nickel electrode 141
The Nickel 141 welding rod is mainly used for the electrode welding of Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 alloy, and the welding of Nickel plated steel on the Nickel plating side, and also for the surfacing of steel. The welding of titanium and carbon in weld bls causes the carbon to be reduced to a lower level, so this electrode can be used for the welding of Nickel 201. Weld bl has excellent corrosion resistance, especially corrosion resistance of alkali bl. This electrode can also be used for welding of heterogeneous materials, including the welding of Nickel 200 alloy and Nickel 201 alloy, and welding of various iron and Nickel base alloys. The Nickel 141 electrode is suitable for all b welding.
