德國VOITH(福伊特)液力偶合器的工作原理以液體為工作介質(zhì)的一種非剛性聯(lián)軸器,又稱液力聯(lián)軸器。液力偶合器的泵輪和渦輪組成一個可使液體循環(huán)流動的密閉工作腔,泵輪裝在輸入軸上,渦輪裝在輸出軸上。動力機(內(nèi)燃機、電動機等)帶動輸入軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時,液體被離心式泵輪甩出。這種高速液體進入渦輪后即推動渦輪旋轉(zhuǎn),將從泵輪獲得的能量傳遞給輸出軸。最后液體返回泵輪,形成周而復(fù)始的流動。液力偶合器靠液體與泵輪、渦輪的葉片相互作用產(chǎn)生動量矩的變化來傳遞扭矩。它的輸出扭矩等于輸入扭矩減去摩擦力矩,所以它的輸出扭矩恒小于輸入扭矩。液力偶合器輸入軸與輸出軸間靠液體聯(lián)系,工作構(gòu)件間不存在剛性聯(lián)接。液力偶合器的特點是:能消除沖擊和振動;輸出轉(zhuǎn)速低于輸入轉(zhuǎn)速,兩軸的轉(zhuǎn)速差隨載荷的增大而增加;過載保護性能和起動性能好,載荷過大而停轉(zhuǎn)時輸入軸仍可轉(zhuǎn)動,不致造成動力機的損壞;當(dāng)載荷減小時,輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)速增加直到接近于輸入軸的轉(zhuǎn)速,使傳遞扭矩趨于零。液力耦合器的傳動效率等于輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)速與輸入軸轉(zhuǎn)速之比。一般液力偶合器正常工況的轉(zhuǎn)速比在0.95以上時可獲得較高的效率。液力偶合器的特性因工作腔與泵輪、渦輪的形狀不同而有差異。它一般靠殼體自然散熱,不需要外部冷卻的供油系統(tǒng)。如將液力偶合器的油放空,偶合器就處于脫開狀態(tài),能起離合器的作用。

The GE Power Generation Frame-9 Gas Turbines will be manufactured in Belfort in France and Florence in Italy, then will be fully preassembled for the first time in modules, with all controls and auxiliaries, and tested in Massa in Italy before being shipped to Australia between July 2012 and mid-2013. The Frame 7 Mechanical drive Gas Turbine will be manufactured in Greenville in the US while the Main Refrigerant Compressors will be manufactured in Florence and Massa in Italy where the complete trains will be b tested. The CO2 train will be fully built and tested in Florence.
