橡膠止水帶和止水橡皮是以天然橡膠與各種合成橡膠為主要原料,摻加各種助劑及填充料,經(jīng)塑煉、混煉、壓制成型,其品種規(guī)格較多,有橋型、山型、P型、U型、Z型、乙型、T型、H型、E型、Q型等。根據(jù)使用情況又可分類為埋式橡膠止水帶和背貼式橡膠止水帶。該止水材料具有良好的彈性,耐磨性、耐老化性和抗撕裂性能,適應(yīng)變形能力強(qiáng)、防水性能好,溫度使用范圍為-45℃-+60℃.當(dāng)溫度超過70℃,以及橡膠止水帶受強(qiáng)烈的氧化作用或受油類等有機(jī)溶劑侵蝕時,均不得使用橡膠止水帶.

橡膠止水帶必需采取可靠的固定措施,綁扎鋼筋和支模時。防止在澆注混凝土?xí)r發(fā)生位移,保證止水帶在混凝土中的正確位置。

只能在止水帶的允許部位上穿孔打洞,對于固定止水帶時。不得損壞止水帶有效防水部位。
