Z型橋梁伸縮縫結(jié)構(gòu)特點與功能
Z型伸縮縫由一條整長的橡膠密封條，一組鋼質(zhì)邊梁及錨固件組成。鋼質(zhì)邊梁外側(cè)的錨固件，與梁端預(yù)埋鋼筋相焊接，澆筑高強度混凝土過渡段后，同梁體連結(jié)。Z型伸縮縫具有連結(jié)可靠，與橋面接合平順，密封止水、伸縮靈活，行車平穩(wěn)，使用壽命長的特點。適用于伸縮量為40mm，60mm和80mm的橋梁。
鋼質(zhì)邊梁：采用16Mn鋼軋制，剖面呈c形。
密封膠條：采用氯丁或三元乙丙橡膠制造，具有良好的耐老化、耐曲撓性能。
錨固件：有錨釘、錨環(huán)、錨板結(jié)構(gòu)三種，橋梁工程師可根據(jù)橋面板設(shè)計厚度選用，本公司也可特殊設(shè)計制造。
關(guān)于Z型橋梁伸縮縫產(chǎn)品在橋梁上安裝時的步驟及注意事項：
1、當工程施工單位在安裝橋梁伸縮縫時，一旦發(fā)生碰撞變形，很難修復(fù)為合格產(chǎn)品，所以在安裝的全過程中，一定要采取措施保護，嚴禁任何車輛通過。
2、一定要精心操作。如果出現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場不易調(diào)整，所以對伸縮縫的成品檢查一定要認真、仔細。不合格不可運至現(xiàn)場。
3、在橋梁伸縮縫在安裝前，要與設(shè)計圖和現(xiàn)場核對位置、尺寸無誤后，再穩(wěn)放入預(yù)留槽。要將橋上各接縫處縫隙一定要用聚苯乙烯泡沫板塞嚴，防止?jié)沧⒈Ｗo帶混凝土時灌入，使縫失效。同時，也不可將裝置內(nèi)灌進混凝土，以免更換V形象膠帶時受阻。
4.、在保護帶混凝土澆筑后，前7-8日一定要及時灑水養(yǎng)護，以利強度增長和防止裂縫出現(xiàn)。
